Transparency and clarity build trust and deliver results

Kalle+Viira7445.jpg

I am a helsinki-based designer and implementer in my forties.

I get excited about new projects and the trust that is created with long-term partners.

I like to do projects with small and start-up companies, get to know new industries and people.

I am often approached when resources are limited and schedules are tight.

I also serve as part of the companies' own team. For example, an efficient day a week is great enough for the needs of many SMEs and replaces offices and hiring your own marketing person.

Values and way of working

Openness and transparency

Whether it's money, schedule, or business, the best way to act and get results is to play with open cards.

Common goals

Even though I'm a service salesperson, I'm working for you and I'm sitting on the same side of the table.

Expectations and promises

I am able to implement a lot of things efficiently and with high quality. I don't promise unnecessary things, but I serve customers for whom I am the best solution.

Schedules and invoicing

I stick to the timetables and the agreed costs, and I expect others to do so as well.

Simplicity and added value

I invoice for all work equally, with an agreed budget. Equipment, licenses, image banks, etc. are included in the price.

Trust and independency

Effective action requires trust, which frees up resources for both of them for their own activities.
